Camelina pudding with apples & blueberries

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (125 ml) Quebec blueberries
1/4 cup of plain camelina seeds Signé camelina
1/2 cup (125 ml) plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup (125 ml) applesauce
Lemon zest, to taste
Preparation:
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, place 2/3 of the blueberries. Heat in the microwave for one minute. Using a fork, mash the blueberries to obtain a coulis. Divide into two glasses.
- In another container, place the camelina seeds, Greek yogurt and applesauce. Mix, then place in the glasses on top of the coulis.
- Use the remaining blueberries and lemon zest as a garnish. Leave in the refrigerator for an hour (or more) before serving.
