DELIVERY :

The cost of delivery is calculated according to your address and the weight of the package as well as your distance from our Signé Caméline warehouse.

However, delivery is free for all orders of $75 or more, before taxes.

We prepare orders within 2 to 4 working days. Your order is then sent via Purolator or Canada Post, which guarantees delivery in 1 to 4 business days.

RETURNS:

Returns, except in the case of our error or breakage, are not accepted.

ERRORS AND BREAKAGES:

In case of error or breakage of your order, please contact us via info@olimega.com and send us a photo of your order as well as a description of the error or breakage. In the event of an error on our part or of breakage during delivery, the product will be replaced and returned at our expense.
