Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on your address, the weight of the package, and your distance from our Signé Caméline warehouse.

However, shipping is free for all orders of $75 or more, before taxes.

We prepare orders within 2 to 4 business days. Your order is then shipped via Purolator or Canada Post, which guarantees delivery in 1 to 4 business days.

 

Returns

Returns are not accepted, except in cases of error on our part or damage.

Errors and Breakages

In case of an error or breakage in your order, please contact us via info@olimega.com and send us a photo of your order as well as a description of the error or breakage. In the event of an error on our part or breakage during delivery, the product will be replaced and reshipped at our expense.
