Green smoothie with camelina seeds

Ingredients:
1/3 cup (85 ml) frozen pineapple
1/3 cup (85 ml) frozen mangoes
2/3 cup (170ml) pineapple juice
2 cups (500 ml) fresh spinach
2 tbsp (30 ml) chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tbsp(45 ml) of plain camelina seeds Signé Caméline
The juice of half a lemon
2 fresh mint leaves
Preparation:
- In a blender, grind all ingredients until smooth.
