Smoothie bowl

Preparation: 5 minutes | No cooking | Servings: 1 serving
Ingredients:
1 banana
¾ to 1 cup frozen fruit: blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries
½ cup soy drink
1 large tablespoon of Caméline seeds Signé Caméline
Some raspberries and blackberries
1 to 2 drizzles of Caméline honey Signé Caméline (Mini Chef Adèla says: 2!!)
Preparation:
1. Cut ½ banana for garnish. Book
2. In the blender container, place the frozen fruits, the other ½ banana, the soy drink, the Camelina seeds. Close with the blade and pulse until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl, garnish with the sliced banana, raspberries and blackberries. (I sprinkle a few Camelina seeds on the bananas). Pour one or two drizzles of Caméline honey over the fruit.
