Camelina oats lunch & snack

Preparation: 15 minutes and 12 hours of refrigeration | No cooking | Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients:
3/4 cup (200 ml) plant-based milk (ideally coconut milk)
1/3 cup (50 g) oatmeal
1/2 medium banana, very ripe, cut into slices
2 tbsp. tbsp (30 ml) chia seeds
2 tbsp. tablespoon (30 ml) of plain camelina seeds Signé Caméline
1/3 cup (50 g) Greek yogurt
A pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Divide the ingredients into layers in glass jars (mason style).
- Start by adding yogurt, chia seeds, oatmeal, camelina seeds, banana slices and vegetable milk.
- Then put in the fridge for 12 hours.
Substitutes :
- Coconut milk can be replaced with a vegetable drink or milk. Dare to try!
- Greek yogurt can be replaced with plant-based yogurt made with coconut milk.
- It is also possible to make layers alternating with a bottom of a pot of delicious jam!
- Also, it is entirely possible to replace the oats with a grain or a nut.
