Camelina vinaigrette

Preparation: 5 minutes | No cooking | Servings: 180ml or 3/4 cup


¼ cup (60ml) camelina oil  Signed Caméline

¼ cup (60ml) liquid camelina honey Signé Caméline

¼ cup (60ml) apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp. tablespoon (30ml) Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Chopped chives or coriander to taste


  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a hand blender. Serve the vinaigrette over asparagus, pork or in a salad.
