Candied tomatoes with camelina

Ingredients:
1 cup of cherry tomatoes
1 teaspoon (5 ml) fleur de sel
2 to 3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic, finely chopped
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) pepper
1 drizzle of virgin camelina oil Signé Caméline
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 300ºF (150ºC).
- Cut the tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Pour a thin stream of camelina oil over the tomatoes.
- Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the tomatoes.
- Bake for 1h30.
