Camelina sushi pizzas

Preparation: 35 minutes | Cooking time: 3 minutes | Servings: 3 sushi pizzas

 

 

Ingredients:

Rice cakes (sushi pizzas)

1 ½ cups (375 ml) sushi rice

1 egg, beaten

2 tbsp. tbsp (30 ml) flour, your choice

¼ cup (60 ml) panko breadcrumbs

 

 

Salmon tartare

1 cup (250 ml) fresh salmon, cut into small cubes

1 chopped green onion

1 chopped Lebanese cucumber

3 tbsp. tbsp (45 ml) chopped fresh cilantro

1 C. tbsp (15 ml) light mayonnaise

2 tbsp. tsp (10 ml) light soy sauce

Sriracha sauce, to taste

 

 

Wafu sauce

2 tbsp. tbsp (30 ml) Greek yogurt

2 tbsp. tbsp (30 ml) light mayonnaise

2 tbsp. tbsp (30 ml) tahini

2 tbsp. tbsp (30 ml) maple syrup

1 C. tbsp (15 ml) light soy sauce

1 C. tbsp (15 ml) rice vinegar

2 tbsp. teaspoon (10 ml) roasted camelina oil Signé Caméline

 

 

Trim

Roasted camelina seeds Signé Caméline , to taste

 

 

Preparation:

  1. Moisten your hands with water and form 3 patties with the sushi rice. On a plate, coat the pancakes with flour to dry the surface.
  2. Place the beaten egg in a bowl and the panko breadcrumbs in a 2nd bowl.
  3. Dip the patties in the beaten egg and coat well, before transferring them to the 2nd bowl with the panko breadcrumbs. Coat well.
  4. In a frying pan over high heat, add 2 tbsp. tablespoons (30 ml) of camelina oil.
  5. Cook the patties for 2 minutes on each side to obtain a nice crust. To book.
  6. In a bowl, put all the tartare ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Reserve in a cool place.
  7. In a glass, put all the ingredients for the wafu sauce. Mix well, taste and adjust if necessary.
  8. Serve the panko-crusted sushi rice cakes with the salmon tartare and homemade wafu sauce.

 

 

Tips:

To create an effect in the presentation of this dish, add some green onion curls to finish. Simply julienne the green onions and soak them in a bowl of ice water for 2 minutes before draining.

Then, sprinkle the dish with roasted camelina seeds Signé Caméline . The result will give a flashy effect to your meal!
