It's a delicious alternative to soy sauce.

The roundness of camelina's taste pairs wonderfully with root vegetables, seafood, tofu, and salads.

4 ingredients:

  • Camelina cake
  • Yellow pea koji: yellow pea, Aspergillus oryzae
  • Spring water
  • Sea salt

With its aromatic power, a few drops will suffice to smell and taste a delicate iodine and umami flavor, tinged with roasted camelina in the finish.
