We are looking for two new rare gems to complete our team based in Saint-Édouard, in Montérégie :

💼 Billing Clerk

📍 Saint-Édouard | 🕐 Part-time – 10 hours/week (full-time possible)

Your role:

• Perform daily invoicing and ensure compliance of invoices with purchase orders.

• Transfer and validate data between our systems (Mitrace ➜ Sage 50).

• Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure rigorous monitoring of client files.

What we are looking for:

• Training or experience in invoicing (DEP in accounting an asset).

• Proficiency in Sage 50 software (essential).

• Autonomy, rigor and team spirit.

📦 Shipping and production clerk

📍 Saint-Édouard | 🕐 Full-time – Stable weekday schedule

Your role:

• Prepare orders and manage shipments (Purolator, UPS, Canada Post, etc.).

• Participate in production and bottling operations.

• Comply with quality and hygiene standards (SQF, GMP).

What we are looking for:

• Comfortable with digital tools and shipping platforms.

• Organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders.

• Good physical condition (ability to lift loads up to 50 lbs).
