Silky and delicate on the palate, with a certain lightness of touch, its asparagus aromas give way to floral notes that, although drenched in sweetness, do not overpower the other ingredients. Its refined, balanced flavor can be enjoyed cold in salads, vinaigrettes, mayonnaise or in cooking. Camelina oil is stable at high temperatures (up to 475°F). Contains 35% Omega-3.
Storage: After opening, store in a dry place at room temperature away from light for up to 12 months.
